This "Privacy Policy" has been prepared and is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") and any other applicable Bulgarian legislation. The "Privacy Policy" applies to your personal data if you are an individual or a representative of a legal entity that is a client and is registered at www.mobimebel.bg.

"PMMS EOOD", city of Sevlievo 5400, 121 Marin Popov Str., (“ MobiMebel.bg”, “we”) is a sole limited liability company, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 107522315, which collects, processes and stores your personal data under the terms of this "Privacy Policy". MobiMebel.bg is a personal data administrator in the sense of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).   • What data do we process and store? In order to perform certain services such as online orders and deliveries, we process the personal data listed below, depending on the specific purposes and grounds, independently or in combination. – First name – Last name – Email address – Delivery address – Billing address – Data from your profile for access to www.mobimebel.bg, username, history of requests/orders;

  • For what purposes do we process and store your personal data? – We process your personal data for the conclusion and/or execution of the contract for the sale of goods; – For direct marketing of products and services (after the explicit consent of the client); – Profiling of clients for direct marketing purposes; – Detailed analysis of consumption data, preferences and client behavior (automatic processing in encrypted form); – Preparation and storage of statistical information and reports in aggregated form;

  • What are your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data by the "Supplier"? – To gain access to your personal data and information of the type we have included in this "Privacy Policy" regarding the data in question. You can ask us for information whether and for what purposes we process your personal data with a written application with the content specified in Art. 29 of the PDPA; – To request that your personal data be deleted, corrected or blocked when it is inaccurate or needs to be supplemented, or its processing does not comply with the requirements of the PDPA; – To object to the "Supplier" at any time against the processing of your personal data if there is a legal basis for it; – To withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data when its processing is based on your consent, namely when it is processed for direct marketing of products and services of third parties;
